Drilling and burning line, CNC controlled. Programmed as a fixed machine in gantry type. The work-piece, beam or metal sheet is pushed or pulled in longitudinal axis by a gripper through the machine.

Several different configurations with the following components were built:

  • Vertical drill axis (standard)
  • Horizontal drill axis (drill diameter 50mm)
  • One or two flame cutters
  • Plasma arc cutter
  • Stud welding equipment
  • Band saw


The machines are based on another machine that was developed and used for the own steel manufacturing.
